I am lucky enough to have a job I love with a species I find amazing. Watching the relief wash over the owners as the dog understands what is being asked of him and the joy in the dog as he is rewarded is wonderful. By using kind methods the dog is relaxed, happy and wants to gain a reward. The owners is then relaxed and happy as finally communication is no longer a problem.
Living with dogs can be a wonderful experience but every honest dog owner can hold there hands up and say they have struggled at some point. Watching a dog and owner work through a problem and both come out the other side happy is the most worthwhile mission I could ask for.
